Are the Ronald McDonald House and Ronald McDonald House Charities the same?

No. The Ronald McDonald House is not a part of the Ronald McDonald House Charities. The House and the Charities are two independent non profit organizations. The Charities is a foundation that grants funding to a wide variety of children's causes, including the Ronald McDonald House. For instance, the Charities just funded card-locks for our bedroom doors. They do not fund the House's operating expenses.

Does the change I put in the little boxes at McDonalds come to the Ronald McDonald House?

No. the sign on the boxes says Ronald McDonald House Charities, so the money goes directly to the Charities. Some may indirectly come to the House to fund a specific project.

Does McDonald's Corporation fund the Ronald McDonald House?

No. McDonald's Corporation is supportive in many ways, but they do not provide operational funding. Some of the individual owner/ operators, however, organize events to raise money for the House.
